Marketing Executive

About the role

This is a Commercial Operations and Marketing Specialist role with Polar Electro H.K. Limited in the sports & wellness industry. You will execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, support e-commerce promotions, coordinate brand activations, and manage retail campaigns and customer experience across APAC markets.

What will you do?

Marketing Execution

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels and localize APAC initiatives
• Support e-commerce promotions, website updates and online customer engagement
• Coordinate influencers, ambassadors, PR, media and brand activations
• Support events, sponsorships and key marketing campaigns

Retail Campaign & Customer Experience

• Support product launches, retail promotions and in-store marketing execution
• Assist with partner/co-op campaigns and campaign planning
• Handle customer enquiries and ensure smooth order fulfilment
• Coordinate with internal teams and regional stakeholders across APAC

Operations Support

• Maintain accurate data, reporting and ERP updates
• Support overall campaign tracking, inventory awareness and operational coordination
• Support new business development through market, competitor and prospect research.
• Coordinate operations, training, technical support and on-site support mainly for schools and sports teams and onboarding new corporate partners.

Who is the right fit?

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline
• 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, marketing coordination, e-commerce or commercial support
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service mindset
• Experience in consumer electronics, sports, wellness or lifestyle industries is an advantage
• Familiarity with ERP systems and reporting tools preferred
• Hands-on experience in digital marketing and e-commerce coordination
• Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a plus
• Passion for sports and active lifestyle is highly preferred
