Marketing Executive

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for developing and implementing branding and marketing strategies for the Casino and Hotel. The role focuses on strengthening brand awareness, creating engaging campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand identity across all platforms and guest touchpoints.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement branding strategies and marketing campaigns for Casino and Hotel.
• Ensure consistent brand identity, messaging, and visual standards across all marketing materials and platforms.
• Plan and manage digital and social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create and coordinate promotional campaigns for Casino, Hotel, F&B, Events, and Entertainment.
• Coordinate with the Creative Team for marketing materials, photos, videos, advertisements, and other brand assets.
• Support events, partnerships, activations, and promotional activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to improve branding strategies.
• Track campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Marketing, Branding, Hospitality, Casino, or Entertainment.
• Strong background in Brand Management and Digital Marketing.
• Creative, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in Casino or Hotel Marketing is an advantage.
