Marketing Executive

Work Location: Sysmex Malaysia Office at Glenmarie, Shah Alam

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to develop and execute marketing initiatives, generate valuable business insights from CRM and market data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand market access and capture new growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to drive growth and profitability for assigned business units.
• Gather and analyze market, competitor, and customer insights to identify opportunities.
• Support sales teams and distributors to achieve targets and optimize market coverage.
• Plan and execute marketing activities including exhibitions, seminars, product launches, and disease-state campaigns.
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders to strengthen market presence.
• Track performance through CRM, monitor sales and competitor activities, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and internal workflows.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Life Sciences, Medical Lab Technology, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of sales or marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, clinical laboratory, or life sciences.
• Good understanding of IVD Healthcare and Life Science industry and market competition.
• Good in communication, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
