Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive

Qualification: Diploma / Any Degree

Experience: 2+ years or fresher can also apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Promotion & Brand Awareness: Represent the brand at events and in-store, engage with customers to boost sales.
• Retailer & Distributor Relations: Build partnerships, organise promotions, and train staff on the product collection.
• Event Planning: Organise fashion shows, pop-up stores, and participate in cultural events.
• Customer Engagement: Gather feedback, promote loyalty programs, and report insights to marketing teams.
• Sales Support & Lead Generation: Assist in driving sales and generate leads during peak seasons.
• Market Research: Monitor competitors and market trends to inform strategies.
• Brand Activation: Increase visibility through local campaigns and influencer partnerships.
• Reporting: Regularly report on activities, sales, and market trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with traditional or ethnic wear brands.
• Familiarity with local festivals and the traditional wear market.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
