Marketing executive

Key Responsibilities: Fair Event Branding Brand Activation

• Plan and execute fairs, exhibitions, roadshows, and various offline promotional activities
• Manage booths, promotional materials, product displays, and on-site staff arrangements
• Coordinate with event organizers, shopping malls, suppliers, and relevant parties
• Plan and execute Brand Activation, Product Launch, Sampling, and other marketing activities
• Handle branding materials such as banners, posters, brochures, and booth displays
• Arrange and conduct product sampling activities at supermarkets, shopping malls, fairs, and other locations
• Assist in executing online and offline marketing campaigns
• Manage social media content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and other platforms
• Collect consumer feedback and evaluate campaign results, providing recommendations for improvement

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in Marketing / Event / Branding / FMCG is preferred
• Experience in Fairs / Exhibitions / Roadshows / Product Sampling is an advantage
• Creative, proactive, and strong in execution
• Enjoy communicating with people and participating in on-site events
• Able to work independently with good coordination skills
• Good communication skills in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
• Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace is preferred
• Willing to support activities on weekends / Public Holidays when required
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation is preferred

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
