We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Outreach Executive to strengthen our institutional partnerships, promote our programs and generate student leads across Kolkata.

Key Responsibilities

1. Institutional Outreach: Visit schools, colleges, universities, coaching institutes and other educational organizations to promote ICA Edu Skills' courses and training programs.

2. Event Planning: Organize and coordinate seminars, workshops, career guidance sessions, educational awareness campaigns and promotional activities.

3. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, placement officers, faculty members, institutional coordinators and other key stakeholders.

4. Lead Generation: Generate student enquiries and prospective leads through field marketing, institutional tie-ups, referral networks and outreach activities.

5. Lead Follow-up: Coordinate with the admissions and counseling teams to ensure timely follow-up and conversion of leads into enrollments.

6. Brand Promotion: Represent ICA Edu Skills at educational fairs, exhibitions, career events and other promotional activities.

7. Marketing Collateral: Distribute brochures, flyers and other promotional materials while ensuring proper brand visibility at partner institutions and events.

8. Target Achievement: Work towards monthly and quarterly targets for institutional visits, student leads, enquiries and enrollments.

9. Market Research: Gather information about local market trends, competitor activities, student preferences and feedback to support outreach planning.

10. Reporting: Maintain records of institutional visits, meetings, events, leads generated, follow-ups and daily or weekly activity reports.

11. Field Travel: Travel regularly within assigned areas of Kolkata and nearby locations for institutional visits and promotional activities.

Requirements

15 years of experience in marketing, field sales, institutional marketing, education outreach or business development.

Good communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.

Ability to interact confidently with students, parents and institutional representatives.

Comfortable with field visits, event coordination and meeting targets.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email and reporting.

Fluency in Bengali, Hindi and English will be an advantage.

A graduate degree in any discipline is preferred.
