Job Description

Sharp Visions is looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our courses, services, and brand across digital platforms and helping us attract new students and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for courses and company services.
• Manage and grow social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
• Create engaging content, captions, promotional posts, and campaigns.
• Promote training programs and generate student leads.
• Run and monitor digital marketing campaigns.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research.
• Respond to inquiries and communicate with potential students/clients.
• Track marketing performance and prepare basic reports.
• Coordinate with the design and training teams for promotional campaigns.
• Help improve brand awareness and online presence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in digital marketing or social media marketing is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of social media marketing and digital advertising.
• Creative thinking and ability to develop new promotional ideas.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
