About Wingers

Wingers is a fast-growing UK restaurant brand with ambitious plans for the future.

With our restaurant network continuing to expand across the UK, we’re looking for a Marketing Executive to join our growing team at an exciting stage in the Wingers journey.

Based in our new Lichfield offices, you’ll report directly to the CMO and work closely with our in-house Graphic Designer, franchise partners and external agency support.

This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety. One day you could be launching a local campaign for one of our restaurants, the next supporting a new store opening, building an offer in our app or helping bring a major brand partnership to life.

The Role

A major part of your role will be supporting our growing network of franchisees with their local marketing activity.

You’ll help restaurants drive awareness, customer acquisition and sales through a mix of local marketing channels including print, digital, social media, CRM, app activity, partnerships and local campaigns.

You'll also play an important role in supporting new Wingers restaurant openings across the UK, helping make sure every new location launches with impact.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting franchisees with local marketing plans, campaigns and promotional activity
• Coordinating local print, digital and social media campaigns
• Helping identify and organise local partnerships, collaborations and community opportunities
• Supporting new restaurant openings across the UK
• Setting up promotional offers, menu updates and campaign activity
• Writing and scheduling customer emails
• Creating and scheduling app push notifications
• Supporting customer loyalty and CRM activity
• Working with our Graphic Designer and external agencies to brief and deliver marketing assets
• Supporting new menu launches and limited-time offers
• Helping bring Wingers' major brand partnerships and collaborations to life across our restaurants and digital channels
• Supporting the wider marketing team with national campaigns and day-to-day marketing activity

About You

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, organised and excited by the opportunity to work in a fast-moving, growing restaurant business.

You’ll need to be comfortable juggling multiple projects and working with different stakeholders across the business and franchise network.

Essential:

• 1–2+ years of experience in a marketing role
• A relevant marketing, business or communications degree/qualification
• Strong written communication and copywriting skills
• Good understanding of social media and digital marketing
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident managing multiple projects and deadlines
• Comfortable working with data and reporting
• Proactive, positive and willing to get stuck in
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with franchisees and external partners

Preferred:

Previous marketing experience within restaurants, hospitality, food & beverage, retail or another multi-site consumer brand would be a big advantage.

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
