Marketing Executive

Job Overview

You will be part of Cytron's marketing team, helping us grow our own-brand products, e-commerce, international business and industry solutions through digital marketing, content and campaign execution. This is a practical execution-focused role. You will work closely with the marketing team, product team and other departments to turn marketing plans into campaigns, content and measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across assigned channels.
• Manage and optimize campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads and other relevant digital channels.
• Monitor campaign performance, identify opportunities and make data-driven improvements.
• Create, coordinate and publish marketing content for social media, website, email and other digital channels.
• Write clear and engaging copy for product pages, advertisements, social media posts, emails and campaigns.
• Maintain and improve website and landing-page content and support landing-page creation and optimization for marketing campaigns.
• Track and report marketing performance using relevant analytics tools and analyze campaign results, customer behavior, website traffic and conversion data.
• Research market trends, customer needs, competitors and emerging technologies.
• Work closely with the product and marketing teams to support new product launches.
• Help translate technical product features into clear and compelling customer-facing content.

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing or a similar role.
• Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio, relevant projects or demonstrated digital marketing experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of Marketing Funnels.
• Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics/GA4 and website optimization.
• Good copywriting and content-creation skills.
• Comfortable working with numbers, analytics and performance data.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive, willing to learn and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working in a technology-driven environment and learning about technical products.

These will be an Advantage

• Experience in B2B marketing, industrial technology, electronics, IoT, robotics or automation.
• Experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads.
• Experience with Social Media marketing.
• Experience creating or coordinating video content.
• Experience with email marketing and marketing automation.
• Familiarity with AI tools and using AI to improve marketing productivity.
• Experience with GTM, Looker Studio or other marketing analytics tools.
• Experience working with technical products or translating technical information into easy-to-understand content.
