Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our interior design and fit-out team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of interior design, architecture, luxury lifestyle, and digital marketing, with the ability to create compelling content and generate new business opportunities.

You will be responsible for strengthening our brand presence, promoting our completed and ongoing projects, managing digital platforms, and supporting business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for the company's interior design and fit-out services.
• Manage and grow the company's Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Create engaging content showcasing interior projects, design details, materials, craftsmanship, and completed works.
• Plan and coordinate social media content calendars, campaigns, reels, stories, and posts.
• Coordinate with the design and project teams to collect professional project photographs, videos, drawings, and project updates.
• Develop marketing materials including presentations, company profiles, brochures, project portfolios, proposals, and promotional content.
• Promote the company's portfolio to private clients, developers, architects, consultants, real estate companies, and hospitality businesses.
• Identify potential clients, business opportunities, partnerships, and networking opportunities within the interior design and construction industry.
• Support lead generation and follow up with potential clients to convert marketing inquiries into business opportunities.
• Research competitors, market trends, luxury interior design trends, and potential target markets.
• Assist in organizing and attending design events, exhibitions, networking events, property events, and client meetings.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, influencers, PR agencies, and other marketing suppliers when required.
• Maintain and update the company's online presence, portfolio, and project information.
• Track marketing performance, leads, engagement, and campaign results and prepare regular reports.
• Ensure all marketing communications maintain a premium, sophisticated, and consistent brand image.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within interior design, architecture, fit-out, real estate, construction, hospitality, or luxury brands.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, and other content-creation tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong photography and visual-content awareness.
• Ability to understand and communicate interior design concepts, materials, finishes, and project details.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Creative, organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Experience with lead generation and business development is an advantage.
• UAE market experience is preferred.
• UAE driving license is preferred.
