Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Collect, organize, and analyze marketing data, and prepare reports and presentations.
• Prepare marketing proposals, reports, meeting minutes, and other business documents in both English and Chinese when required.
• Organize and maintain marketing documents, records, and related materials.
• Follow up on project progress with internal departments and regional teams to ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of marketing initiatives.
• Prepare presentations, Excel reports, and other supporting materials for management.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Basic Excel skills, including data sorting, filtering, and simple formulas.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Candidates with prior experience in Marketing or a related field will have an added advantage.
