Job Summary

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team in Salem. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media, lead generation, and online brand promotion.

The candidate will be responsible for increasing brand visibility, generating marketing-qualified leads, supporting business development activities, and promoting our services across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate B2B leads.

Manage company presence across LinkedIn, Google, social media, and other relevant platforms.

Create and coordinate marketing content including posts, creatives, presentations, brochures, case studies, and email campaigns.

-

Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.

-

Support LinkedIn marketing and targeted outreach campaigns.

-

Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.

-

Generate and maintain prospect databases for different industries and target markets.

-

Work closely with the BDE team to provide qualified leads and marketing support.

-

Track campaign performance, lead sources, engagement, and conversions.

-

Maintain marketing reports and regularly analyze campaign results.

-

Support website content updates and basic SEO activities.

-

Coordinate with designers, content teams, and internal departments for marketing materials.

-

Promote company services such as AI Data Annotation, Data Collection, BPO/ITES, Software Development, Website Development, and Mobile Applications.

Explore new digital platforms, communities, directories, and channels for business promotion.

Required Skills

-

Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, B2B Marketing, Marketing, or Lead Generation.

Good verbal and written English communication skills.

Strong understanding of LinkedIn marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and lead generation.

-

Basic knowledge of SEO, Google tools, content marketing, and digital advertising.

-

Ability to create or coordinate professional marketing content.

-

Good research and analytical skills.

-

Ability to identify target industries, companies, and potential customers.

-

Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.

Experience with tools such as Canva, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, CRM, email marketing platforms, or similar tools is preferred.

Self-motivated, creative, organized, and target-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in B2B IT/Software, AI, Data Annotation, BPO/ITES, or technology marketing.

Experience in promoting services to international markets.

Experience working with LinkedIn lead-generation tools.

Basic understanding of AI/ML and technology services.

Candidates based in Salem or nearby locations are preferred.
