Marketing Executive

About the role

We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Executive to join Jade's central marketing team and become the dedicated marketing partner for MADCAP, the world's leading dairy supply chain platform.

This is a make-it-happen role for a marketer who gets things done. You'll play a key role in bringing events and digital to life, driving campaigns, creating content, supporting customer engagement, and helping keep MADCAP visible, credible, and front-of-mind across global dairy markets.

You'll love this role if you enjoy variety, move at pace, and like getting stuck in. Every week is different. You might be launching a campaign, creating a customer success story, running a webinar, updating website content, analysing performance results, or optimising HubSpot workflows.

Working closely with sales, product teams, customers, and business leaders, you'll help turn great ideas into marketing activity that drives engagement, generates opportunities, and supports business growth.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, digital and social media.
• Lead the planning and delivery of MADAP led events and industry conferences, including logistics, promotion, sales coordination, and post-event follow-up with priority accounts.
• Create engaging content, including customer stories, case studies, newsletters, videos, and other marketing collateral.
• Manage website content, HubSpot activities, customer communications, and marketing automation workflows.
• Support webinars, customer forums, industry events, and broader market engagement activities.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and use insights to continuously improve outcomes.
• Translate complex technology and supply chain concepts into clear, compelling customer-focused messaging.

About You

You're a marketing generalist who enjoys variety and loves getting things done. Equally comfortable coordinating events, creating content, launching campaigns, analysing results, or managing marketing systems. You're someone who takes ownership and thrives in a fast-moving environment.

You're naturally curious, highly organised, collaborative and not afraid to roll up your sleeves, think creatively, and jump in wherever needed to deliver great outcomes.

What you'll bring:

• Around 3 years' marketing experience, ideally in a B2B, technology, SaaS, agritech, or related environment.
• Proven experience delivering campaigns across multiple marketing channels.
• Strong content creation and communication skills, with the ability to make complex topics easy to understand.
• Experience using HubSpot, CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and marketing analytics.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• A collaborative approach and a genuine passion for customer engagement and business growth.

It would be great if you also have:

• Experience within the dairy, agritech, food production, supply chain, or wider primary sector industries.
• Experience creating visual or video content using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of SEO, lead nurturing, customer journey marketing, and digital optimisation.
