MARKETING EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, be fluent in Mandarin, and be able to build good relationships with customers while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Promote and sell the company's products and services to customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, orders, and sales transactions.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and regular sales reports.
• Negotiate pricing and sales terms with customers.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitors' activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer feedback professionally.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations and timely delivery.

Job Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous sales experience is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Possess a valid driving licence if required for customer visits.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
