Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for training and consulting programs
• Conduct B2B marketing and corporate client acquisition
• Manage leads, follow-ups, and client relationships
• Prepare marketing proposals, presentations, and quotations
• Build and maintain partnerships with companies, institutions, and government sectors
• Coordinate with the digital and media team for campaign execution
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, sales, or business development (training/consulting industry is a plus)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Target-oriented with a growth mindset
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Having a professional network is an advantage

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
