Job Overview

Al Rahma Group Sole Proprietorship is looking for two experienced and motivated Marketing Executives to join our team in Abu Dhabi. We are seeking candidates with strong marketing experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop effective marketing strategies and generate new business opportunities.

Candidates with relevant UAE market experience and immediate availability are highly preferred. Syrian candidates with strong relevant experience are particularly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote company services.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate potential leads.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and business partners.
• Conduct market research and identify new customer segments.
• Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Support digital marketing and social media initiatives.
• Monitor marketing performance and prepare regular reports.
• Collaborate with management to achieve business growth and marketing targets.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing, business development, or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of the UAE market and customer behaviour.
• Ability to generate leads and achieve business objectives.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
• Relevant industry experience is an advantage.
• Immediate availability is strongly preferred.
