Job Summary

Catalyst Education is looking for enthusiastic and proactive Field Marketing Executives to promote our institute and educational programs by directly connecting with schools, colleges, and educational institutions. The role involves conducting awareness sessions, presenting our courses, organizing educational sessions and examinations, and collecting student leads for admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit schools, colleges, and other educational institutions to promote Catalyst Education and its courses.
• Conduct awareness sessions, presentations, and career guidance sessions for students.
• Organize and conduct educational sessions, examinations, and related activities in institutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with school and college management, teachers, and coordinators.
• Collect student data and qualified leads directly from institutions.
• Follow up with interested students and coordinate with the admissions and sales teams.
• Plan and execute field marketing activities to generate admission opportunities.
• Maintain daily visit reports, student data, and activity updates.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel and visit schools and colleges regularly.
• Confidence in interacting with students, teachers, and institutional management.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Field marketing or education-sector experience is preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills and a passion for fieldwork can also apply.
