MARKETING EXECUTIVE

About the role

This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and brand activities. You will work closely with retail operation teams and internal departments to ensure smooth campaign execution across outlets, while supporting CRM activities including member campaigns, loyalty programs, and customer engagement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and brand activities
• Assist in organizing events, roadshows, outlet activations, and campaign launches
• Coordinate campaign mechanics, promotional materials, and POSM with internal departments and vendors
• Work closely with retail operation teams to ensure smooth campaign execution across outlets
• Support CRM activities including member campaigns, loyalty programs, customer engagement, and retention initiatives
• Plan personalized campaigns for different customer segments such as VIP, inactive, and loyal members
• Monitor campaign performance, customer response, and redemption tracking
• Prepare post-campaign reports and assist in analyzing campaign effectiveness
• Coordinate with app/system vendors for CRM campaign setup and troubleshooting
• Ensure campaign timelines, visuals, and deliverables are completed on schedule

About you

• Degree holder in Marketing or related field
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Marketing Campaign and Event Management
• Fluent in English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia
• Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills
• Organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic reporting preparation
