Key Responsibilities

• Create and publish regular posts, captions, and creatives aligned with the company s branding and B2B tone
• Design marketing creatives using Canva and Adobe Photoshop
• Develop basic Reels and short-form videos showcasing products, processes, and applications
• Ensure strong platform familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube (B2B-focused)
• Plan, schedule, and manage content using social media scheduling tools
• Monitor analytics and performance metrics to optimize reach and engagement
• Perform basic video editing and visual optimization to improve content quality
• Support audience targeting and campaign execution for relevant industrial and B2B audiences
• Maintain content calendars and ensure timely posting across platforms
• Stay updated with social media trends relevant to B2B and manufacturing industries

Skills

• Hands-on experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and basic video editing tools
• Understanding of Reels formats and social media best practices
