Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Marketing Executive to drive field marketing activities in Raebareli. The candidate will be responsible for on-ground promotions, school outreach, ATL/BTL activations, and lead generation to increase brand awareness and student enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct school visits to promote our courses and build relationships with school authorities.

Execute canopy activities and on-ground promotional campaigns.

Plan and execute BTL (Below-the-Line) activities such as leaflet distribution, local activations, and events.

Support ATL (Above-the-Line) initiatives to enhance brand visibility.

Distribute leaflets and marketing materials in targeted areas.

Generate quality leads through field activities and local outreach.

Engage with students and parents to explain course offerings.

Maintain daily reports of visits, leads generated, and conversions.

Coordinate with the internal sales/counselling team for lead closure.

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate in any discipline.

03 years of experience in field marketing / sales / promotion (EdTech preferred).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable with extensive field work and travel within the city.

Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
