Marketing Executive

Sankalp Kota Classes is looking for an energetic, confident, and hardworking Marketing Executive to promote our coaching institute and help increase student admissions.

The candidate will be responsible for visiting schools, meeting students and parents, promoting courses, organizing educational events, and generating admission inquiries. The role involves field marketing, local promotions, and basic digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit schools in Moga and nearby areas to promote Sankalp Kota Classes.
• Meet school principals, teachers, students, and parents to explain our courses.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, tuition centers, and the local community.
• Organize school seminars, career guidance sessions, talent tests, and scholarship exams.
• Promote courses and admission offers through pamphlets, posters, banners, WhatsApp, and social media.
• Generate student inquiries through field visits and promotional activities.
• Follow up with interested students and parents to encourage admissions.
• Coordinate with the counseling and academic teams to support the admission process.
• Conduct local market research to identify new opportunities for student enrollment.
• Maintain records of school visits, student inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
• Submit regular reports on marketing activities and progress towards admission targets.

Skills and Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in interacting with students, parents, teachers, and school management.
• Basic knowledge of social media and WhatsApp.
• Ability to build relationships and convince potential students and parents.
• Willingness to travel locally for school visits and marketing activities.
• A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a target-oriented approach.
• Previous experience in marketing, sales, fieldwork, or the education sector will be an advantage.

Job Responsibilities and Expectations

The selected candidate will work on ground-level marketing activities, school outreach, student engagement, and admission lead generation. The main focus will be to increase awareness of Sankalp Kota Classes in Moga and nearby areas and help convert student inquiries into admissions.
