Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

This role supports the marketing efforts for all brands under the House of Fio, as assigned by the Managers. Reporting directly to the Marketing Managers, the position involves contributing to both strategic planning and execution tasks. Ideal for an enthusiastic marketer with a passion for F&B and nightlife.

Key Areas of Assistance:

• Marketing Activations: Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social media, print, and venue promotions).
• Content: Create, and manage content for online platforms including social media, digital marketing, and websites.
• Events & PR: Brand/PR events, launches, hosting, collaborations, and in-house activations to enhance customer engagement and experience.
• Coordination: Vendors, venues, and partners to ensure smooth execution of activities.
• Hygiene Brand Management & Misc Marketing Tasks.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Google Suite, SM platforms, Phone Editing, CRM softwares)
• Strong understanding of marketing trends, social media platforms, and content creation.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing data to make informed decisions.

Experience: 1-year minimum

Location: Delhi | Primary POW: Okhla Phase 3, Head Office (role will require rotating in all assigned outlets)

Format: Full-time, In-Office

Timings: Mon-Sat, 11-7pm (Event Nights/Late Hours/Working Sundays are a part of the job. They are

mutually discussed and compensated)
