What they need
* Respond to IndiaMART enquiries with proper, professional replies by email.
* Attend customer calls/emails and process the orders
* Enter customer order details and keep the CRM updated.
* Follow up on pending enquiries, orders and payments.
* Promote company products through calls and emails to new and existing customers.
* Additional Work if any
Requirements :
* Graduate with 2–3 years in customer support or sales coordination.
* Good spoken and written English and Hindi.
* Basic computer, email and MS Excel skills; CRM or IndiaMART experience preferred.
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
