We are seeking a Marketing Executive to help drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and driver recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns for users and driver partners.
Drive user and driver acquisition and retention initiatives.
Manage end-to-end campaign delivery, including testing, creative development,

reporting, and analysis.
Optimize communications across in-app notifications, email, pop-ups, and social media.
Conduct customer segmentation, KPI tracking, and competitor analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional and regional stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Business-level Japanese and English proficiency.
Experience with Google Analytics and CRM/CMS platforms such as HubSpot.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in startups, logistics, or platform businesses.
Creative production, content development, or copywriting experience.
Multinational and multicultural work experience
