Marketing Executive

About the role

This is a Marketing role focused on developing and executing integrated online and offline marketing strategies for TAG Espresso, managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and driving brand awareness and sales growth across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated online and offline marketing strategies
• Plan monthly marketing calendars, campaigns and promotional activities
• Develop creative marketing ideas to strengthen TAG Espresso's brand positioning
• Manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other relevant social media platforms
• Plan and create engaging content, including short-form videos, Reels, photos and promotional content
• Plan and execute online marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement and sales
• Support marketing activities across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and Shopify
• Develop marketing campaigns to increase customer traffic and sales at retail outlets
• Identify and build relationships with suitable KOLs, influencers and content creators
• Track online and offline marketing performance and prepare regular marketing reports

About you

• 2–5 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing or a related field
• Experience in F&B, coffee, FMCG, lifestyle or retail is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms
• Experience in KOL / Influencer Marketing and campaign management
• Strong creative sense and good attention to detail
• Excellent communication and execution skills
• Able to independently plan and execute marketing campaigns
• Strong commercial mindset with a focus on measurable results and sales growth
• Proactive, responsible and able to take ownership of projects
