Role Description The Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Madurai, responsible for driving awareness and growth for Zencaris Med Tech Solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing marketing plans, conducting market research on biomedical and hospital equipment segments, and supporting sales initiatives with targeted campaigns and materials. The role involves creating and managing marketing collateral, coordinating with service and sales teams to position offerings effectively, and engaging with clients and prospects through email, events, and digital channels. The Marketing Executive will also track campaign performance, gather feedback from the field, and recommend improvements to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design and implement effective strategies and campaigns.
• Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to analyze customer needs, competitors, and industry trends.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to prepare clear messaging, presentations, and client-facing materials.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to support lead generation, conversion activities, and relationship-building with clients.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field are beneficial.
• Experience in healthcare, biomedical engineering, or medical device marketing is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Madurai, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
