MARKETING EXECUTIVE / CONTENT CREATOR

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and responsible Marketing Executive to manage our social media platforms and create engaging content to promote KOTAKHUB's packaging products and services.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and publish content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Threads.
• Handle the entire content creation process, including planning, filming, editing, caption writing, and posting.
• Manage social media accounts and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
• Create promotional videos, product showcases, and marketing visuals using Canva and CapCut / other related software or apps.
• Research social media trends and develop creative content ideas.
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare simple monthly reports.
• Work with the sales team to attract potential customers through social media.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in content creation or social media management is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, and social media platforms.
• Creative, proactive, organized, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable appearing in videos is an advantage but not compulsory.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic salary of RM2,000 – RM2,500 per month, depending on skills and experience.
• Opportunity to earn sales commission of up to 4% for candidates interested in generating sales.
• Content Lead Commission: Earn an additional 1% commission for successful sales generated from customers attracted through the employee's content and referred to the sales team.
• Monday to Friday working schedule.
• Weekends and public holidays off.
• Opportunities to learn and grow in content creation and digital marketing.
