🌟 What You’ll Do

• Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Business, and other digital platforms.
• Support digital campaigns and marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and clinic growth.
• Manage client enquiries via WhatsApp, social media, email, and online channels, converting leads into clinic appointments.
• Develop marketing materials such as posters, flyers, and digital assets.
• Collaborate with clinic teams, vendors, freelancers, and internal stakeholders to execute successful campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
• Support marketing events, promotions, and branch activities.

🔍 Who We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, customer service, sales, or a similar role
• Passionate about social media, creativity, and customer engagement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Organised, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel occasionally for branch activities and content creation.
• Work Based : Kuala Lumpur
