Marketing Executive (E-Commerce)

Responsibilities:

• Support the eCommerce platform revamp project, including project coordination, UAT, vendor management, and stakeholder communication
• Monitor and analyse eCommerce performance, identify enhancement opportunities, and provide insights to drive business growth
• Identify and develop partnership opportunities, including eCommerce collaborations, joint promotions, and customer engagement initiatives
• Plan and execute customer engagement activities, marketing campaigns, and events to enhance customer experience and loyalty
• Manage day-to-day eCommerce operations, including campaign execution, content updates, and product onboarding
• Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify new business and growth opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, eCommerce, Digital Business, Information Systems
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in eCommerce, digital business, business operations, or project management, preferably with exposure to digital transformation projects, website enhancement initiatives, or eCommerce platform implementation.
• A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin would be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, familiar with Magento is an advantage
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
