JOB DESCRIPTION – MARKETING EXECUTIVE

1. Job Purpose

The Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting the company’s interior design, retail fit-out, furniture and fixture solutions, generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships and supporting the company in achieving its sales and business development objectives.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Business Development & Lead Generation

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior, retail and commercial sectors.
• Generate leads through market visits, networking, references, digital platforms and other sources.
• Contact prospective clients and introduce the company’s products and services.
• Maintain a database of prospective clients, consultants, architects, contractors and business contacts.
• Follow up regularly on leads, enquiries and business opportunities.
• Arrange client meetings and site visits whenever required.

B. Market Research

• Study market trends, customer requirements and competitor activities.
• Identify potential markets, projects and clients for interior and retail fit-out works.
• Collect information about upcoming commercial, retail, office and showroom projects.
• Provide market feedback to management regarding customer expectations and competitor activities.

C. Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain good relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design, estimation, projects and production teams.
• Respond to client enquiries and ensure timely communication.
• Follow up with clients after quotations, presentations and meetings.

D. Marketing Activities

• Promote the company's interior design, fit-out, furniture and fixture capabilities.
• Coordinate marketing activities, exhibitions, events and promotional programmes.
• Support preparation of company profiles, brochures, presentations and other marketing materials.
• Assist in maintaining the company's social media and digital marketing activities, where required.
• Coordinate with external marketing agencies, designers or vendors when required.

E. Proposal & Sales Support

• Coordinate with the estimation and design teams for preparation of quotations, proposals and presentations.
• Ensure that client requirements are communicated accurately to the concerned departments.
• Follow up on submitted quotations and proposals.
• Maintain records of enquiries, quotations, follow-ups and conversion status.

F. Coordination

• Coordinate with Design, Estimation, Projects, Production, Purchase and Accounts departments.
• Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
• Provide relevant client and project information to the concerned departments.
• Participate in client meetings and project discussions when required.

3. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Number of new leads generated.
• Number of new clients acquired.
• Number of client meetings/site visits conducted.
• Enquiry-to-quotation conversion.
• Quotation-to-order conversion.
• Revenue/business generated through marketing efforts.
• Follow-up effectiveness.
• Number of new projects identified.
• Client relationship and satisfaction.
• Timely submission of marketing reports.

4. Required Skills

5. Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Candidates with relevant experience in interior, construction, retail fit-out, furniture or building-material industries will be preferred.

6. Experience

• 1–4 years of experience in marketing, business development or sales.
• Experience in interior design, retail fit-out, furniture, construction or related industries is preferred.

9. Job Objective

To generate quality business leads, develop new clients, strengthen existing customer relationships and contribute to the growth of the company's interior, retail fit-out, furniture and fixtures business.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
