Marketing Executive (KL/Penang)

Job Summary

Avantsar International Sdn Bhd (is a subsidiary of Sarawak Oil Palms) is looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to support digital marketing campaigns, event coordination, and brand engagement initiatives. This role involves assisting in content creation, campaign execution, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to enhance brand presence and drive marketing activities within the wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of digital marketing initiatives across social media, email, and other online platforms.
• Assist in planning and coordinating events, including product launches, webinars, and community activities.
• Assist in creating and publishing marketing and event-related content.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, partners, and vendors to ensure the seamless execution of events and campaigns.
• Monitor campaign and event performance and assist in preparing performance and engagement reports.
• Conduct basic market research and competitor monitoring as needed.
• Ensure all marketing and event activities comply with brand guidelines and internal processes.

Requirements

• Possess a Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in marketing-related roles, freelance projects, or campus events. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing channels and social media platforms.
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta, or Instagram is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication (verbal & written), organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Strong interest in marketing, event coordination, and the wellness industry.
