Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Marketing / Business Development professional from the Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) industry who can generate new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and promote PEB building solutions for industrial and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the PEB and steel construction industry.
• Generate leads from industrial, commercial, warehouse, factory, logistics, and infrastructure projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with builders, developers, architects, consultants, contractors, industrial clients, and project owners.
• Identify upcoming construction projects and generate enquiries for PEB structures and steel buildings.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand project requirements.
• Coordinate with the technical, design, estimation, and project execution teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and project closures.
• Develop and maintain a strong client network within the assigned territory.
• Achieve business development and sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential project opportunities.
• Maintain records of leads, client interactions, sales pipelines, and business development activities.
