MARKETING EXECUTIVE - Overseas Projects

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Plan and coordinate international trade fairs end‑to‑end (pre‑show, on‑site, post‑show); Communicate with overseas organisers and exhibitors for logistics and issue resolution; bridge HK office and mainland factory to align product schedules, sample approvals, and production timelines.

· Conduct market research on global trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media; adapt brand strategies to local regulations and cultural nuances for new brand development; support online/offline promotions; evaluate sales platforms, distributors, and external partners; and translate campaign metrics into actionable strategic improvements.

· Identify and secure overseas KOL partnerships (parenting bloggers, nutritionists, family influencers) and manage cross‑brand crossover collaborations with complementary international brands to boost brand credibility and expand market reach.

· Develop and track project timelines to ensure milestone delivery; prepare project reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.

REQUIREMENTS

· Excellent English (written & spoken) and cross‑cultural communication skills.

· Proficient in AI marketing tools to drive agile and efficient campaign execution.

· Diploma or above in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.

· 3 – 5 years relevant working experience.

· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT); Adobe tools a plus.

· Organised, detail‑oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks.

· Self‑motivated, proactive team player with strong interpersonal skills.

· Immediate availability or short notice highly preferred.
