Marketing Executive (Social Media)

About the role

We're looking for a creative and hands-on Marketing Executive to join our team. You'll be involved in growing the brand across multiple platforms — from planning content and campaigns to product launches, email marketing and working with our external marketing partners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute the company's overall marketing strategy and campaign calendar
• Manage brand positioning, brand identity, and marketing direction
• Develop content strategies for social media, promotional campaigns, product launches, and branding activities
• Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns
• Keep up with relevant social media trends, content formats and competitor activities
• Work with external agencies and partners on advertising, campaigns and marketing initiatives
• Manage marketing budget with agency to ensure effective allocation of resources

About you

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• At least 2 years of relevant marketing experience
• Comfortable using social media platforms and editing softwares (Canva, Capcut/ Adobe Premiere Pro)
• Creative with a good eye for aesthetics, branding and content
• Able to work independently, take ownership and manage multiple projects
• Proficient in English and Mandarin; Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage
