Marketing Executive (Work Location: Chai Wan)

About the role

This role is pivotal in driving brand building and digital marketing from initial development through to market expansion. The successful candidate will take charge of 360° marketing campaigns and support the planning and coordination of marketing initiatives. It is ideal for marketing professionals seeking a stable platform with ample room for creativity, ownership and meaningful impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across both online and offline channels, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and within budget
• Assist in establishing brand positioning, key product selling points, and core marketing messages
• Plan and develop marketing materials and content for social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Threads, Facebook, WeChat, Xiaohongshu, short-video platforms), website, and other marketing channels
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance, including reach, engagement, and conversion metrics; analyze user behaviour and market trends to develop relevant promotional strategies and content
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors (design, content, production) to implement various marketing initiatives and ensure brand consistency

About you

• Degree holder, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business Studies, or related disciplines
• 2 years or above experience in the beauty industry is required
• Work Location: Chai Wan
• Familiar with data analysis, digital marketing, and social media platforms, with a results-driven mindset; knowledge of SEO/SEM will be an advantage
• Familiarity with use google analytics and AI tools to enhance work efficiency will be an advantage
• Proactive, responsible, analytical, detail-oriented, and creative, with the ability to work independently in a fast-growing project environment
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Proficient in PC applications and Chinese word processing
