Marketing Executive/Supervisor 策划专员/主管

Job Scope / Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative marketing and content ideas for the Company’s property projects and social media platforms.
• Manage TikTok, RedNote (Xiaohongshu小红书), WeChat Channel (视频号) & other social media platform, and produce topic content that catches audiences’ attention in order to boost brand account.
• Monitor social media trends and audience interests to identify engaging and relevant content opportunities.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
• Prepare marketing materials including presentations, brochures, posters, banners, and digital artwork.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, vendors, and other relevant parties.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Superior/Manager.

Job Requirement:

• Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Real Estate, or related fields.
• At least 1–3 years of working experience in marketing, content creation, social media, or property planning.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and good sense of what content attracts audience attention.
• Able to edit short-form videos; experience with CapCut, Canva, etc. is an advantage.
• Candidates with property development or property marketing experience will have an added advantage.
• Good communication skills and proficient in Mandarin and English.
• 5.5 working days (full day on alternate Saturday).
