- Build and manage relationships with international distributors, agents, buyers, and business partners.
- Explore and develop new international markets and identify potential customers and business opportunities for palm oil, FMCG, and other export products.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of shipment schedules, production timelines, documentation, and customer payments.
- Travel domestically and internationally as required to explore markets and attend trade fairs, exhibitions, or client meetings.
- Provide timely sales forecasts, performance reports, market feedback, and recommendations to management.
