Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. What You'd Do in This Role:
Good marketing helps the right people find us and trust what they find, and you'll be a big part of making that happen. You'll plan and run campaigns across a mix of paid and organic channels, from search and social to email and owned content, and keep each one tuned for results. You'll dig into performance data to see what's working, refresh what isn't, and share what you learn. You'll also be the go-to partner for your squad's requests, guiding ideas from first spark to finished campaign, and you'll have room to grow your craft across the full range of marketing.

You're Probably a Match If:

• You've planned and executed marketing campaigns across more than one channel, such as paid search, paid social, email, SEO, or content.
• You enjoy being a generalist who can pick up a new channel or tool quickly.
• You use data to make decisions and can explain what the numbers mean in plain language.
• You're curious about customers and look for ways to learn from their feedback and behavior.
• You keep projects organized, communicate clearly, and make sure everyone knows the goal, the timeline, and who owns what.
• You write and edit with care, and you notice when content is out of date or off-brand.
• You work well with creative, sales, and leadership partners and welcome feedback.

What Winning Looks Like:

• Building campaign plans with clear audiences, goals, timelines, and tracking before work begins.
• Delivering paid and organic campaigns that hit quality and quantity goals efficiently.
• Improving landing pages, content, and creative continuously based on performance.
• Growing visibility in search and AI-driven answers by filling the biggest content gaps.
• Keeping published content accurate, current, and on brand by refreshing top pages first and retiring what no longer works.
• Guiding requests from idea to launch with complete briefs and steady communication.
• Reporting results with clear takeaways that connect to business goals.
• Running experiments, sharing learnings, and raising issues early.
