MARKETING INTERN

Job Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing & Social Media

• Assist in planning and scheduling content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Xiaohongshu.
• Support the creation of engaging content, including captions, short videos, product highlights, and promotional posts.
• Monitor social media engagement and assist in preparing performance reports.

Marketing Campaigns

• Assist in the execution of seasonal campaigns, product launches, festive promotions, and retail marketing activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely campaign execution.
• Support influencer collaborations, giveaways, and brand partnership activities.

Content Creation

• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative marketing ideas.
• Assist in photo and video shoots for products, campaigns, and events.
• Help prepare marketing materials, presentations, and promotional assets.

Market Research

• Conduct research on fashion trends, consumer preferences, competitor activities, and emerging social media trends.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support marketing strategies.

Event & Retail Support

• Assist in organizing marketing events, roadshows, and in-store promotional activities.
• Support visual merchandising and promotional setup when required.

Administrative Support

• Maintain marketing databases and campaign records.
• Perform other marketing-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job requirements:

1.      Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business

Administration, Digital Marketing, Fashion Marketing, or a related field.

2.      Internship period of at least 3 months.

3.      Passionate about fashion, retail, social media, and digital marketing.

4.      Creative, proactive, and eager to learn.

5.      Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

6.      Familiar with Microsoft Office, Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite is an added advantage.

7.      Basic photography or video editing skills are a plus.

8.      Able to work independently as well as in a team.

9.     Ability to adapt and learn in a fast-paced work environment

10.  Possess own transport and willing to be based at Taman Midah, Cheras

GRAPHIC DESIGN INTERN

Job Responsibilities:

Graphic Design

• Assist in designing creative artwork for digital and print marketing materials, including social media posts, website banners, EDMs, brochures, posters, catalogues, and in-store promotional materials.
• Create engaging visuals for seasonal campaigns, product launches, festive promotions, and brand initiatives.
• Ensure all designs are aligned with the company's brand guidelines and visual identity.

Content & Creative Support

• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop creative concepts for digital campaigns and social media content.
• Assist in preparing graphics for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Support photo and video shoots by assisting with creative direction, styling, and content preparation.

Image & Video Editing

• Perform photo retouching, background removal, image resizing, and colour correction.
• Assist in basic video editing for social media content, promotional videos, and short-form reels using editing software.

Marketing & Campaign Support

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns by producing creative assets according to campaign timelines.
• Prepare presentation materials, promotional mock-ups, and creative proposals when required.
• Stay updated on current fashion, design, and social media trends to contribute fresh creative ideas.

Administrative Support

• Organize and maintain design files, digital assets, and marketing resources.
• Perform other design and marketing-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

1.      Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Creative Media, or a related field.

2.      Internship period of at least 3 months.

3.      Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva. Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut is an added advantage.

4.      Passionate about fashion, retail, branding, and creative design.

5.      Creative, detail-oriented, and able to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.

6.      Good time management skills and able to manage multiple design tasks within deadlines.

7.      Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
