Marketing Head

We are looking for a Marketing Head who will lead Purple Rice overall marketing efforts to build brand awareness, attract more customers, and grow sales. This role focuses on creating and executing marketing initiatives for our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Develop and execute marketing plans to promote Purple Rice.

·         Lead brand management, marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.

·         Oversee digital marketing, social media, customer engagement, and loyalty programs.

·         Implement local store marketing initiatives to increase customer traffic and sales.

·         Analyze market trends, campaign performance, customer insights, and ROI.

·         Manage marketing budgets and partnerships.

·         Lead, coach, and develop the Marketing Team to achieve departmental objectives.

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality Management, or related field.

·         Minimum of 4-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the restaurant or food industry and with at least 2-4 years in a managerial or department head role.

·         Strong background of local restaurant marketing and customer engagement.

·         Strong leadership, analytical, project management, and decision-making skills.

·         Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

·         Proficient in marketing analytics, customer insights, budget management, and ROI analysis.
