1. Lead the end-to-end marketing function across the organization.
2. Develop and execute the overall marketing and brand strategy.
3. Build strong brand positioning and long-term brand equity.
4. Manage brand architecture and ensure consistent brand identity.
5. Drive ATL and BTL marketing campaigns across India.
6. Plan retail activations across MBOs, EBOs and dealer networks.
7. Develop regional campaigns based on local market needs.
8. Lead digital marketing, social media, SEO/SEM and influencer marketing.
9. Support D2C and e-commerce growth through digital initiatives.
10. Manage digital budgets and measure ROI through CAC, ROAS and conversion metrics.
11. Lead new product launches and category marketing initiatives.
12. Develop 360-degree go-to-market campaigns for new collections.
13. Conduct market research, consumer studies and competitor benchmarking.
14. Track consumer trends and regional demand across footwear categories.
15. Manage creative, media, PR agencies and brand communication.
16. Drive events, exhibitions, sponsorships and PR activities.
17. Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget and vendor contracts.
18. Align marketing strategies with Sales, Product, Design and E-commerce teams.
19. Lead, mentor and develop the marketing team with clear KPIs/KRAs.
20. Requires MBA (Marketing) with 1218 years’ experience and pan-India marketing exposure.
