Marketing Head

Job Description

• Proven track record of generating international leads (US/UK/EU markets) for IT services or SaaS
• Strong command of SEO, SEM, LinkedIn marketing, email campaigns, and marketing automation tools
• Ability to understand and articulate technical offerings — especially AI/ML and GenAI services — to business audiences
• Experience managing marketing teams and external agencies/freelancers
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Data-driven mindset — comfortable owning numbers and reporting to leadership
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual marketing plan aligned with company revenue goals across all service lines, with special emphasis on scaling the AI services practice
• Own the marketing budget, allocate spend across channels, and report ROI to leadership
• Build, mentor, and manage a team of content writers, SEO specialists, designers, and digital marketing executives

Demand Generation & Digital Marketing

• Drive qualified international lead generation through SEO, paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), email marketing, and ABM programs
• Own website performance — traffic, conversion rate, landing pages, and marketing automation
• Manage and optimize presence on B2B platforms such as Clutch, GoodFirms, G2, and DesignRush

Brand & Content

• Define brand positioning and messaging for TOPS and its ventures, leading with our AI/ML, GenAI, and automation capabilities alongside custom software, mobile, eCommerce, and cloud
• Oversee content strategy — blogs, case studies, whitepapers, thought-leadership on AI adoption, client testimonials, video, and social media (especially LinkedIn)
• Use AI tools within the marketing function itself (content workflows, personalization, analytics) and champion an AI-forward way of working
• Drive PR, industry awards, event participation, and partnership marketing

Sales Enablement & Analytics

• Work closely with the BD team to align campaigns with target accounts, ICPs, and sales collateral (pitch decks, proposals, one-pagers), particularly for AI service offerings
• Set up and track KPIs — using tools like CRM, Google Analytics, and Search Console
• Run competitor and market analysis to identify new positioning opportunities, especially in the fast-moving AI services space.
