- Role Overview
- We are looking for a senior marketing leader to lead the end-to-end marketing function for a growing B2B SaaS/communications technology company.
- The ideal candidate should currently be leading the marketing function and have a strong track record in building demand, pipeline and revenue through marketing.
- Key Responsibilities
- Own the overall marketing strategy and execution
- Drive demand generation and predictable inbound pipeline
- Build and optimise MQL SQL Revenue funnel
- Lead performance marketing, SEO, content and digital initiatives
- Own positioning, brand and product marketing
- Develop GTM strategies and sales enablement
- Track CAC, CPL, ROI, conversion and marketing-sourced revenue
- Build and lead the marketing team
- Work closely with sales and leadership on revenue goals
- Ideal Candidate
- Currently heading/owning marketing in a B2B SaaS / CPaaS / Cloud Telephony / B2B technology company
- 10–20 years of relevant experience
- Strong hands-on demand generation and revenue marketing experience
- Experience building/scaling marketing functions in a growth-stage company
- Exposure to India and/or global B2B markets
- Strong understanding of CRM, marketing automation and analytics
- Chennai-based or willing to relocate
- Compensation: 18–25 LPA, depending on experience and fit.
