Marketing Head

Roles and Responsibilities :

• National Advertising & Media Strategy: Lead the strategy for all ATL/BTL/Digital advertising. From conceptualizing TVCs to optimizing OOH and Print, you will ensure our "Share of Voice" (SOV) dominates the market.

• Celebrity & Influencer Ecosystem: Directly oversee the selection and onboarding of A-list celebrity brand ambassadors. You will lead high-level negotiations and ensure talent is integrated seamlessly into the brand’s DNA.

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness across various channels.

• Manage a team of marketers to achieve sales targets, improve customer engagement, and enhance brand reputation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products, services, and campaigns that meet business objectives.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform data-driven decision making.

Job Requirements :

• 10-15 years of experience in FMCG industry as Marketing Head or similar role.
• Proven track record in developing successful marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of agency management, BTL activities, digital advertising (including social media), print advertising.
• Excellent P&L management skills with ability to analyze financial performance metrics.
• Education**:** MBA preferred.
