Marketing Head – LaxAir Med Construction

Location: Nagpur
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹55,000/month
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the marketing and business development team.
• Generate and qualify new leads for hospital and healthcare projects.
• Develop relationships with doctors, hospital owners, consultants, and decision-makers.
• Identify new projects and business opportunities across India.
• Handle client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Willingness to travel Pan India as required.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in marketing/business development, preferably in construction, healthcare, or hospital projects.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Target-oriented and proactive approach.
• Good knowledge of lead generation and client acquisition.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
