Work Location: - Chinchwad, Pune.

Experience: - 5 - 10 Years (Relevant Experience in Real estate)

Roles and Responsibility:-

• Develop and execute annual and monthly marketing roadmaps aligned with revenue targets, market dynamics, and product lifecycle stages.
• Mentor and align cross-functional teams (digital, content, design, analytics) to deliver measurable growth outcomes
• Managing complete Marketing team training them and execution work.
• Build automated workflows for lead capture, scoring, nurturing, and handoff to ensure pipeline visibility and marketing–sales alignment.
• Design and execute multi-channel lead acquisition programs across digital (SEO/SEM, social, programmatic), partner referrals, broker networks, and offline channels.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking, pricing analysis, and customer insight studies to refine value propositions and messaging.
• Visit to Industrial Premises with potential customer.
