Marketing Head

Marketing Head:

Hedge School of Applied Economics is looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Head with 3–5 years of relevant experience to lead and manage the student counselling and admissions team. The role will focus on driving student enrolments, enhancing the counselling process, and ensuring the achievement of admission targets through effective team leadership and strategic initiatives.

The Marketing Head will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the counselling team, monitoring lead conversion performance, establishing counselling best practices, and ensuring a high standard of student engagement throughout the admission journey. The role also involves setting team targets, providing training and mentoring to counsellors, tracking key performance metrics, and collaborating closely with marketing, academic, and operations teams to achieve organizational objectives.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, counselling, and team management skills, along with excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical abilities. Experience in the education, training, or financial services sector will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
