Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing with a strong real estate developer background to lead 360° marketing strategies, strengthen brand positioning, drive project launches and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute 360° marketing strategies across digital and offline channels.
• Lead end-to-end marketing for real estate projects, including launches, branding and campaigns.
• Manage digital marketing, performance marketing, social media, PR, events and media planning.
• Lead, mentor and manage the marketing team to achieve business objectives.
• Manage marketing budgets, agencies, vendors and campaign performance.
• Collaborate with Sales and senior management to drive lead generation, brand visibility and sales growth.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of marketing experience,
• real estate development experience is a must
• Proven experience in 360° marketing and real estate project launches.
• Strong team management and leadership skills.
• Good understanding of the Dubai real estate market.
• Experience in marketing strategy, budgeting, digital campaigns and brand management.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
