Marketing Head

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute physical branding and offline marketing activities to increase brand visibility.
• Identify, research, and generate potential business leads based on company requirements.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services.
• Coordinate branding activities such as promotional campaigns, outdoor advertising, banners, standees, product displays, and marketing materials.
• Connect with potential clients, distributors, retailers, business partners, and other stakeholders to explore business opportunities.
• Conduct client meetings, market visits, field research, and competitor analysis.
• Communicate product information, brand offerings, and promotional details clearly to clients.
• Identify new markets, customer segments, and opportunities for business expansion.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to execute branding and promotional activities.
• Monitor marketing campaign performance, maintain lead databases, and prepare regular activity reports.
• Ensure consistent brand presentation across all offline marketing channels.
• Support promotional events, exhibitions, trade fairs, and other on-ground marketing initiatives.
• conduct client meetings, negotiate commercial terms, follow up on business opportunities, and successfully close deals to achieve company sales and marketing targets.

Required Skills:-

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, networking, and client-handling abilities.
• Knowledge of physical branding, offline marketing, and field marketing activities.
• Understanding of marketing strategies, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
• Good negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to conduct market research and identify business opportunities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic marketing reporting.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings and field activities.

Eligibility Criteria:-

• MBA in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a relevant discipline preferred.
• 0–2+ years of experience in marketing, physical branding, field marketing, business development, or a related role.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
• Candidates with experience in FMCG, food products, retail branding, or distributor marketing will be preferred.
