Key responsibilities
- Create marketing materials and evaluate printing supplier options as needed for festive or promotional items (booklets, flyers, posts, videos)
- Respond to customer service inquiries
- Conduct video editing tasks
- Work with the operational team to coordinate creative adjustments related to promotions, product launches, and other marketing strategies
- Manage social media accounts (FB, IG, TikTok, YouTube, Xhs, Dou Yin, Lemon, Personal IP, Tiktok Live Visual), such as product listings graphic, website blogpost, FB post and Reels
- Leverage copywriting skills to craft engaging and effective follow-up messages
- Review and collaborate with influencers
- Identify the most effective lead channels and develop suitable marketing strategies
- Create a series of videos
- Develop best-selling packages or website content
